Hello, and welcome! I’m so glad you’re here.
My name is Tristy Taylor and I am a dream worker,
transformation teacher, counselor and interfaith minister.
I am committed to helping you reconnect with your inner wisdom and vitality through working with your unconscious, shadow, and unexamined/rejected parts of yourself and the gifts they have to offer you. As we embrace and welcome back these forgotten parts of ourselves, our waking, human lives become much more vibrant and alive, which leads to a much more evolved intuition, which leads to more loving and integrated choices in life. Your actual ways of being and doing in the world transform through this work. I have witnessed it countless times in my students and clients, and of course, in my own life as well, since I very much walk my own talk.
It’s my job to help you slow down and reconnect with the wisdom YOU ALREADY HAVE, so you can start living with your WHOLE self, and not just from a place of reacting to wounds, trauma, and the stories you use to scare yourself.
There are many entry points into my work including:
- Working with me one-on-one. I have a rich practice of working with clients online. Together we dive into your unconscious through Shadow Work and Dreamwork, and I support and companion you with unconditional love through the whole process. We can meet as often as you like. I also now offer Group Counseling Circles. Send me an email to find out if you are a good fit for counseling work with me.
- Check out my current workshops, which have included “Magical Manifestation,” “Dreams & Death,” and “Write the Fairy Tale Story of Your Life.”
- Join me for one of my online, 8 or 10-week Online Circles. These more in-depth circles have focuses in dreamwork, magical manifestation, and group counseling.
- Connect with me on Instagram.
I have helped extremely introverted people become more open to community and connection. I have helped extremely extroverted people slow down and reconnect with their deeper wisdom. I have helped artists find new avenues of creativity, when they were ready to give up.
Empowering Rituals
I also help co-create empowering rituals, honoring huge life transitions like wedding ceremonies, baby blessings, memorial services, start of menses and start of menopause, honoring gender transitions, and so many more. I proudly serve all those who connect with my work, including those in the BIPOC, queer, LGBTQ+ communities, and those who are beyond the binary in all its forms.
I have officiated over 150 wedding ceremonies, 75 baby blessings, and 27 memorial services. I believe that ALL people deserve a spiritual companion, regardless of whether or not they are religious or even use the world “spiritual.”
I define “Interfaith” as someone who can be supportive and present to any belief system, including atheism. Several of my clients would define their spiritual practice as “nature.” Everyone is welcome in my practice.
I also enjoy creating “outside of traditional” rituals, including coming of age ceremonies, child-free “non-baby” showers, and divorce ceremonies.
My work has helped people grow into themselves, become more present to what is happening in their lives, and finally move past seemingly unsurmountable obstacles.
